Are you ready for a party?!
Today I'm very excited to share with you my newest PDF sewing pattern -
The Pocket Party Pouch!
These three little pouches have everything I look for in a classic, favorite, go to project:
they're quick to sew, super stash friendly, and make fantastic gifts.
So whether you're looking for a swap extra,
a quick gift, or a treat yourself project this weekend,
the Pocket Party Pouch is perfect!
I first started thinking about this pattern when I was working on some quilty swaps.
I was looking for a quick but versatile extra little gift
that would use all the scraps I had left over from my last project.
But I also wanted something that would be useful for my partner.
That's when the Pocket Party Pouch was born!
I have already sent a few out to swap partners and bee mates,
and plan on sending out a whole lot more!
With three different sizes to choose from,
3” x 4 ½”, 4” x 5 ½”, and 5 ½” x 7 ½”,
you can make one, or make all three,
to hold everything from business cards to hand sewing supplies.
And requiring only a fat quarter or two of fabric,
you can use your favorite fabric or test out fun new combinations,
all with fabrics you already have in your stash.
(Although think of what a perfect excuse this can be to buy more fabric!)
My team of testers did an amazing job helping me perfect this pattern
and explore all the ways you can make and use a Pocket Party Pouch!
Be sure to look up the #PocketPartyPouch on Instagram for all the adorable pouches!
Here are some of the highlights -
The small pouch is made to fit a credit card or business card,
but it could also be used to hold a gift card for a gift.
The medium pouch is just a bit bigger,
but with two pockets can make an adorable crayon holder,
manicure set, or hair accessory pouch
for the little person in your life.
The large pouch, especially when made with heavier interfacing,
can be used more like a clutch to hold
your latest handsewing project, planner supplies, or phone and money.
The uses for these guys are limitless!
The pattern and construction for the Pocket Party Pouches
are purposefully simple to give you the opportunity to customize.
Try making a pouch with a bit of patchwork,
or use more intricate piecing and quilting for an extra special gift.
I also loved seeing all the different fabric combinations
my testers came up with when making a complete set of three pouches.
So what are you waiting for?!
Hop over to my Etsy Shop to download your copy
of the Pocket Party Pouch and get started!
And just because I am so excited for you to start sewing,
this weekend until Sunday July 12th,
you can download the Pocket Party Pouch for 25% OFF!
When you have finished all of your amazing pouches,
